I updated my plugin to the version 2.3.0 first thing in the morning. Plugin has always worked like a charm so I was very surprised to notice that this update messed up everything. Posts stopped loading and I could see only the gif-icon rolling and trying to load posts. However no posts were loaded.

I downloaded version 2.2.3 from the Github and switched back to the older one. It worked fine.

Here is the log from the incident

  • Hi!

I can report that new version 2.3.0 is not working on my blog too.
When I try to load more post I’m reciving error:
Warning: array_push() expects parameter 1 to be array, string given in …\wp-content\plugins\ajax-load-more\ajax-load-more.php on line 450

    Yes, you are right.
The warning appears if you have define('WP_DEBUG', true); in your wp_config.

I have fixed this issue and pushed 2.3.1 patch to www.ads-software.com

    Sorry about that.

Also, Bertsa – You can download recent versions from this URL – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/ajax-load-more/developers/

That way you wouldn’t need to hit github and it is out of date.

Hmm… after updating to 2.3.1 still not working (posts are not loaded after pressing button).
However now I don’t have php warning anymore.
I’m staying with old version 2.2.8 which is working fine.

    My WP is 4.0.1

That’s really weird. Sorry to hear this.
If you would like, I could take a look but I would require a URL.
