    Version 2.7 is buggy.
It changed my preferences on update and it refuses to save changes to preferences.
For example it added checkbox to login, service 503 and show admin bar which were off before update. If I disable them, the settings are not saved and they’re back on.

  • I can also confirm 2.7 does not store/disable “show admin bar”, “503 HTTP” and “login on/off” settings by sending the form. Besides, lists of pages to be excluded from maintenance are also missing, or don’t load properly.

This has been tested in two different WordPress websites, and reverting to a backup of 2.6 is the only solution so far.

Great plugin BTW. Never had a problem before in dozens of WPs ??

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our plugin

Thank you for letting us know about this bugs. In the near future we’ll solve these problems and will release a new version of the plugin

    Best regards

This is a temporary solution. You can make changes in function.php

    Regards

When will this problem be fixed? I really don’t want to edit my themes functions file just for this.

    Hello,

This problem has already resolved in the new version 2.7.1 of Maintenance plugin. You can update it on wordpress.

    Regards
