Version 2.9.4 conflict with Kimili Flash Embed plugin?

Hi,
After updating to 2.9.4, I was no longer able to view my flash movie here:
https://esrdncc.org/professionals/all-esrd-networks/I use Kimili Flash Embed for flash embeds, and there seems to be something causing it to break? Please advise as I love your plugin, but I had to disable it.
