Can you delete the plugin and re-install? Don’t just deactivate and activate it.
Delete it completely and install again from server.

    Let me know.

    Hi @aslamdoctor

Sorry, still the same issue. I’ve had to revert back to an old version from my backsups for it to work again (2.8.4)

It was working fine with 3.0.1 – But dont have a backup of this version.

Re-saving the sort by categories works for me.

Go to Products > Rearrange Woocommerce Products > Sort by Categories > Select a category with the issue and save it.

    Thanks!

@honeyloudlr thanks for posting the solution. Yes I have mentioned about this solution in other thread. @shafk can you try these steps and see if that works for you aswell?

Hi, we had the same issue. Some products were not displaying in the category-overiews; on front and admin.

The work-around: Products > Rearrange Woocommerce Products > Sort by Categories > Select a category works… but isn’t there another “bulky” way.

We have a lot of categories… and the site has 4 languages… so it would take a lot of time to “re-save” it.

Sorry but that is the only way to sort this issue. I had to make this change in plugin because there were so many request to build a feature that can allow sorting product by categories even though a product is assigned to multiple categories. In previous version, that was not possible. But in this one I managed to implement it.

Good thing, I have also added feature to select multiple items and sort them. So doing single click on item will allow you to select it and then drag/drop the bunch of items anywhere you want. See if that helps save some time.

Hi @aslamdoctor – The solution that @honeyloudlr suggested has worked for me.

    Thank you both! (-:

    You are welcome ??

I have just spent two hours working out the cause of this issue.

@aslamdoctor is it possible for you to put a notice in wp-admin? So that people know to go and re-save the category orders. That could save you a load of annoyed users.
