• Hi to all,
    after update on some site, i notice strange behavior.

    The Button “text” in classic editor that switch view, not respond, also “edit date” not respond. Into console i haven’t any error, but when rollback to version 3.3.3 all seems to work properly.

    All sites has latest wordpress version.
    One site is multisite with 4 sub site, into 2 subsite i have aios installed, into one site have issues described above, and other site all work properly.

    On other site i have regular WordPress site after update aios broke text button and edit date, after roolback to 3.3.3 all work properly.

    Into latest WordPress regular site with default twentytwenty theme, classic editor, Akismet, and aios after update nothing has broke..

    Strange behavior, but all error appear after updating to version 3.3.4
    Please check.

    Regards

  • I have the same issue here, The button “text” does not work in classic editor, same issue with “edit date”.

    This is worst than I originally thought.

    It has also broke also broke most of my custom fields. it looks like custom fields functions are showing Gutenberg behavior and not Classic editor.

    Feature images are not working for me either.

    YouTubePro plugin is now behaving like Gutenberg and not Classic editor.

    @lechon @xma,

    This could just be caused by caching of JavaScript files that were updated in the latest release. Please try clearing all caching on the site and server as well as your browser cache to see if it is caused by cached JS files. If that doesn’t resolve the problem then please contact us at the link below. Please paste the URL from this forum thread in the License Key field:

    hello @wpsmort

    Thanks for the reply.

    We finally figured out. Flushing the cache at the server and also at our CDN did not do the job as a whole. if you are using Google Chrome, in addition to flushing the server and your CDN, you also have to log out of WordPress administration and also click on “Clear Browsing Data” on Google Chrome. That last step did the job.
