Version 3.6.26 crashes my site

    Whilst waiting to report to pro ninja people – the latest version crashed my site on auto update – please be aware!

    When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:

    WordPress version 6.2.2

    Current plugin: Ninja Forms (version 3.6.26) PHP version 7.4.33

    Error Details

    =============

    An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 54 of the file /home/XXXXX/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms/includes/AJAX/REST/Controller.php. Error message: Cannot use ::class with dynamic class name

    Same problem, I was notified by email,
    However, I cannot access the “unable to connect to site…” dashboard, even through the link sent by WordPress “Recovery Mode not initialized.”
    Do you have a solution ?

    @hugo76 – can you access your site via FTP? if yes then rename the ninja-forms folder in your plugin directory to DELninja-forms

    This will allow you to access the website

    Once accessed you can rename the folder back to what it was originally

    You can either use the rollback plugin feature to rollback to v25 and then update to v27 – or you might be able to update whilst still deactivated – I used the rollback feature

    @sarahweb don’t have FTP and I don’t find the mail with IDs ! ??

    @hugo76 suggest that you give your web person and call they should be able to do it – or give your hosts a call and ask them to rename the ninja-forms folder – then you will at least get access and can reinstall latest version that way? Sorry not much help – maybe contact Ninja directly
