Hi, after installing v3.9.0, the WooCommerce single product page does not display – meaning no content at all and is a blank page other than header and footer. If I deactivate nexgen gallery, then the product page displays correctly.

I tested to replicate and installed basic both Woocommerce and nextgen gallery on a new site and the same problem occurs. Again, deactivating the gallery plugin and the product displays normally.

    Could you please investigate

    Thanks
    Tim

I’m experiencing the same problem as topic starter

Ditto. Disabling the gallery plug-in brought our Woo store back to life. Currently the gallery remains disabled as, sadly, revenue trumps photos. Please fix promptly.

I have the same problem on my site. It breaks everything to do with most product pages. Leaving many products blank. As well as the product previews in the shop page.
Recreating the product doesn’t fix anything either.

Looks like v3.9.1 has corrected the problem. At least it has for me, YMMV.

    Hi @yaseico @cmba @henningwhatawatchdk,

We do apologize for the newly introduced issues since NextGen Gallery 3.9.0. We have launched a couple of hotfixes for NGG so respectively using the latest version of it should correct all the conflicts with WooCommerce.

Since it’s been a while since we last heard back from you, I’m going to mark this thread resolved.

If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new topic.

    Cheers! ??
