Version 3.9.3 is totally broken!

Hello, today I tried to update Frontend Admin for ACF from version 3.8.5 to version 3.9.3, but after the update multiple things were totally broken.
1. I have an form with about 20 fields, where users can create new posts, but in the backend only 3 of them are visible anymore in the submission, when a user submitted them. This is also the case with old submissions. 17 fields just disappeared in the backend. When I downgrade to version 3.8.5 everything is working fine again.
2. The edit form page is totally broken. Take a look at the screenshot below:

A small update:
The form editor in the backend is looking fine again with version 3.9.4
But the submissions are still broken.
-> When a user is editing an already existing post, it looks fine, but when a user submits a new post or when I take a look at old post-submissions many fields are missing.
Here is an example screenshot taken with version 3.8.5, as you can see, all fields are displayed in the submission-backend:

As you can see, many fields are completely missing, some fields appear empty.
They reappear if I downgrade to version 3.8.5.
