Version 3 Issue with Woocommerce Product Categories

I have woocommerce + astra and after updating to 3.0, products that belong to other categories and subcategories (ie. Toys – Outdoor Play) always appear in all the other category pages that are unrelated to the product (ie. Diapers, Health & Personal Care). In short, it is not filtering the products as per their category.

Is it because of the update? I have done the conflict test and whenever I deactivate Elementor, it starts working.

Or is it just me who has this issue? If so, can anyone help me fix this?
