@florent73 are you using custom templates in your child-theme?

Anyway uncheck the option “Enable/disable blocks reordering on small devices” under “Responsive Settings” in Customizr settings, and you will not have that issue anymore (I guess).

Mmm but if you have custom templates in your child theme, you can still have that issue in mobiles, if I’m not wrong, that’s why I asked that. And if it’s so I suggest to change your custom template according to the new version, It’s just a line:

To fix this for the time beeing, you can disable the checkbox option about block reordering in the responsive settings section of the customizer.
