• The software was working until the last upgrade and now is no longer synching. I have emailed customer support 3 times with no answer. Other people are having the same issue. The software is buggy. I would not purchase until they have this sorted out.

    Hey there,

    Really sorry to hear that you were having issues after the update. There were some bugs that needed to be ironed out so I apologize.

    They should be fixed now, so if you’re still open to using the plugin please update to version 4.0.13 and try syncing again.

    Also, let me know if you need any additional help. I’m finally getting caught up with user correspondence so I should be able to respond pretty quickly now.
