    Hi,
I just saw that you finally implemented the SEPA Debit payment. Because in the Stripe dashboard it isn’t possible to edit the IBAN, how can I do this with your plugin? The problem is with WooCommerce Subscriptions. How can the user or the shop admin edit the IBAN if the subscription is still running but the bank account has changed in the meantime?

    Hi there,

The customer in this case should create a new mandate by going to My Account->Subscriptions, click View next to the Subscription, then Change Payment.

From there they can add the new SEPA details, including IBAN.

Ok, found it. Thank you very much. But what if the IBAN changes in the first payment period. Then the “Change Payment” feature doesn’t appear. Only “Cancel”.

    Hi there,

I’m not totally sure what you mean, but a payment must atleast be scheduled in the future. The button is displayed based on conditions set by the Subscriptions plugin.

You can check the conditions here:

Thanks for this hint, so it is not possible to change the bank account directly after the customer has made an order because of the WooCommerce Subscription requirements, like it says in your link. At least the first payment has to be successful, then the button appears (beside all the other requirements mentioned). So you can’t change this behavior in your plugin.
