Version 4.1 breaks scrolling

Thanks for reporting. I have forwarded it to the dev team. Hopefully they will take care of it.
For now, I am suggesting using a classic form.

From the conversational form design settings, You can on [Disable Scroll to Next] then it should work normally.

We got the issue. You need to add the following css to custom css or customize->Additional CSS

html body {
    overflow: auto;
}

In the next version, It will be fixed.
