Version 4.6.1 Causes Issues with Printful Live Shipping Calculations

  • After upgrading from 4.6.0 to 4.6.1, we noticed that our orders were not correctly charging customers for shipping. I’m not sure what the exact cause was, but after downgrading versions everything works again.

    The issue seems to only affect products in our store that use Printful’s live shipping rates. Customers could see the shipping rates and choose the rate, but the rate would not be added to the order total and the customer was not charged for shipping after the order was placed.

    Hello, @cheesylabs!

    Could you, please, repeat the bug in the cart, record the video of the bug and with the full cart submit our JSON system report (Pricing rules>Tools>System report>Get system report) and send all this information to our helpdesk?

    Same issue for me, different shipping plugin. Shipping prices are not including any shipping.

    Nope, I disabled the Advanced Dynamic Pricing plugin and now my shipping rate works.

    Just telling you so you’re aware there’s more than one person with this issue.

    Flexible Shipping PRO
    WooCommerce Advanced Free Shipping

    The Flexible shipping rates weren’t being applied when my Free Shipping rules were not being used.

    ie rate $10 under $1000

    free shipping over $1000 set up in WooCommerce Advanced Free Shipping (not Flexible Pro because it lacks proper category rules).

    Order $500, $10 shipping wasn’t applying the price but the method name was correct I think.

    ok, got it.

    So even when you deactivated all rules in our plugin — you still see the bug ?
    Can you test the problem using last version (4.7.0) ? We fixed similiar bug.

    But if it won’t help – can you share the screenshots of configurations for both shipping plugins too?
