    Good evening,

    I already investigated in the forum but I couldn’t find any helpful information. I got error 403 running the last free version. Already checked the htaccess inside the dlm_uploads folder.

    Any suggestions?:)

    Hello,

    Sorry for the late reply. Could you add the following code snippet in your child theme’s functions.php file and let me know if it still gives you 403?

    add_filter( 'dlm_x_sendfile', '__return_false', 99 );

    Hi there,

    Sorry to piggyback on this thread but I’m on Hostinger (w/LiteSpeed cache) and seeing 403 errors for all my downloads. Here is an example: https://marvelmfg.com/product/33lf/ (click any of the Manuals links which are PDF downloads).

    I tried the filter above, checked/cleaned .htaccess, cleared permalinks, fixed file permissions, cleared caches, etc. and nothing is working.

    We’re running the latest version of WP and 4.9.14 of your plugin.

    Any ideas on what else to try? Thanks!
