Version 4.9.6 | No date/time section on new or existing events

    OK – so I have resolved this but will leave this post in place as I spent some hours before finding the “issue” and it may save someone else some time.

    After updating to Version 4.9.6 I am not seeing any option to set a date for an event in event editor. Also using The Events Calendar Shortcode & Block Version 2.2.1

    Have checked there are no console errors. Have disabled a plugin added recently in case it conflicted (no change).

    We have no theme overrides: any styling changes in CSS only.

    The editing page is ***/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=tribe_events.

    I also tested in Chrome, Firefox, Edge

    The resolution? The dates selection is in a hidden block that is revealed when click on the heading “The events Calendar” between the title / description and the excerpt block… so there all the time I just couldn’t see it.
