Version 5.0.3 does not work properly

  • The custom fields are not saved and reset everytime you load the page. Furthermore, the settings are not stored for all the languages selected. E.g. I selected to display firstname and mail address as subscription widget -> on the english page both are shown. On the german page only the mail field is shown.

    This is a really bad update – it does not work properly and on top destroys the layout of some areas… ??

    Hello, sorry for the issues. What are you using to create your multilingual site – Polylang or some other approach?

    The 5.0.5 update did not fix the issue. I still do not see the custom field in my second language.

    Hi, have you tried to delete and create the widget again? This will resave the configuration in case something is missing from the database.

    I’ve tested it with WPML and Polylang and seems to work fine, but maybe there are some more specific reasons for the problem.

    I updated to the newest version today. I tried to remove the widget completely. The result after adding it is the same.

    When ever I change the advanced fields they are not stored and therefore not displayed in all languages.. This is really painful and I would really like you to fix it as it makes it impossible to use at the moment.
