    The new UI was designed to streamline the backup process, but we understand that it hasn’t met expectations for many users. We sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused.

    We’ve already brought back custom scheduling and backup history based on feedback, and we’re actively working on restoring greater job flexibility and additional backup options in upcoming updates.

    Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we appreciate your patience as we continue improving BackWPup. We hope to make it a tool you can rely on again.
