    Version 6.52 causes very strange problems with the cache – an effective solution for this turned out to be going back to version 6.51.

    Now, however, I will supplement that thread with the strange behavior of version 6.52 on the htaccess file, which sometimes led to the inaccessibility of blog pages. Version 6.52 can only save lines related to LSCache to htaccess, and delete everything else that was in this htaccess, including the section necessary for WordPress, which is why the blog shows a no pages error. This happened, among others, in the “Browser Cache” option, after which I disabled and saved the configuration, the htaccess file contained only sections specific to LSCache. If there was anything else in it, it unfortunately disappeared. Therefore, it is worth making a copy of the htaccess file before changing the LSCache configuration, and after these changes, always check whether anything has been deleted from it.

    the plugin wraps its rules within #BEGIN LSCACHE and #END ...

    any rules placed within these 2 lines will be overriden , you need to check your previous htaccess, make sure nothing placed between these 2 lines

    I realize that theoretically this is how it should work.

    However, I experienced what I wrote at the beginning – after changing one parameter and saving the configuration in htaccess, only the code for LSCache remained, and the rest of htaccess was deleted at that moment, even though it was located exactly after the LSCache section.

    And I noticed other cases of changes in htaccess, although I don’t remember them exactly now. So the method of changes in htaccess should be rethought and thoroughly tested so as not to interrupt the work of blogs with the incorrect operation of this mechanism.

    then you probably hit some thing unique on your site , I have like 10 different test sites with different set up , all work fine on me
