Version 7.0 shows blocking "No permissions" error

Hey folks, I just upgraded the plugin from 6.0 to 7.0 and when I clicked into the menu item to use the plugin it said “You do not have sufficient permissions” even though I am an Administrator. I tried to deactivate and reactivate the plugin, and I tried logging out and back into all Networked sites, but no dice. Now the menu item has disappeared as well (probably still due to user permissions). Note this is a Networked (MU) WP install.
