    For version 8.3.1, you claim to have a fix which – “Prevents orders purchased using a 3DS card being stuck as “pending payment” for stores with the Legacy Checkout Experience setting enabled.”

    No only does this fix not work, it even seems to have made things worse. Please resolve this issue asap as it’s costing me a lot of sales.

    Hi @stefankroesbergen, I am sorry to hear that the fix “Prevents orders purchased using a 3DS card being stuck as “pending payment” for stores with the Legacy Checkout Experience setting enabled.” in version 8.3.1 did not work for you and instead made matters worse.

    We’d like to look into this for you to see if we need to forward this to our developers. Can you open a ticket for this issue? If you already have a ticket with us, can you share the ticket ID so we look into this for you?

    On a side note, is there a reason why you’re still using the Legacy Checkout Experience? Please note that it is recommended to switch to the new checkout experience as the Legacy Checkout Experience is using the Source API that Stripe will be shutting down and will soon disable non-card payment methods that still use it. This could leave your customers with fewer payment options.
