Do you really want to use an insecure and old version like that?! I really don’t recommend that…

If you must, this version of TablePress is the latest that will work with WordPress 5.2: https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/tablepress.1.9.2.zip
But again: It is really old and is lacking many features.
