    Hiya,

On some p3-profiler installations I see the plugin as a double entry on the plugin page. Having a ‘must-use’ and ‘active’ status at the same time. Even when disabled it shows on the ‘active’ pane instead of the disabled pane.

I also notice different behaviour on different wp installs. On some installs a mu-plugins dir pops up and on some it doesn’t.

Looking from the commandline with wp-cli, toggling the status between active and inactive results in the Must use status to disappear .. On some of the installations.

It breaks my update monitoring. Further more, with the mu-plugins/p3-profiler.php sometimes present and sometimes not it makes it hard to fixate a security profile.

Any others see this? .. And is there a way to resolve this?

    Thanx a lot!

    Kind regards,

    Gerard.

    Hi Gerard,

On activate, P3 installs a must-use plugin (also called p3-profiler.php) to load first (before other plugins) so that profiling can begin as early as possible. On deactivation, that must-use plugin is removed.

    Hiya Kurt,

Thanx for your reply. I figured it out. My wrapper software now also takes notice whether or not a version number exists. Only then adding it to the list for plugins to be updated, and thus skipping the must-use instance.

    Great ??

    Kind regards,

    Gerard.
