Version selection is not diplayed

  • Hello,

    I tried to rollback a theme (Twenty Sixteen for example) but the selection list for version does not appear :
    ”
    Please select which theme version you would like to rollback to from the releases listed below. You currently have version 1.3 installed of Twenty Sixteen.
    ’empty line’
    ‘horizontal bar’
    ‘Rollback’ ‘Cancel’
    ”
    It is the same for plugins. If I click on Rollback button, a pop-up ask me to select a version number…
    Do you mind helping me to fix this “bug” ?

    Hi there,

    That sounds like a plugin conflict of some kind. Please deactivate all plugins besides %plugin_name%. If it works as expected then re-activate each plugin one at a time until you see the problem again. Then let us know which plugin caused the error and we’ll dig into it.

    If after deactivating all other plugins it still does not work correctly, then tell us where we can get a copy of your theme to test.

    Let me know how that goes.

    I tried deactivating all plugins but it still not work.

    I have only four plugins which are WP Rollback, TinyMCE Advanced, Polylang and Cryout Serious Theme Settings. I tried rollback on “Nirvana” theme (which is my actual theme) but also on “Twenty Sixteen”.

    I got lucky because they just updated Nirvana theme so I do not need a rollback anymore. But I will keep answering your questions to fix this issue for the next time ??

    WE had a glitch with WP-Rollback a couple weeks ago, but we updated it. Can you make sure you’re on the latest version of WordPress and of WP-Rollback?

    Yes I’m at version 1.4 for WP-Rollback and version 4.6.1 for WordPress.
