Version which was never updated again

  • We used this plugin over 2 years, but now we realized that it never was updated again since 2018. But it is still sold and we have also been charged for UNUPDATED plugins. All the involved plugings are from Woocommerce updated, but ultimatewoo itself did not. Does anyone know about their support or how to reach them?

  • They have charged me twice, failed to update the plugins and refuse to refund the charges. PayPal has sided with them but they are providing an old product without any updates and failure to communicate to customers. They are cheating people and using PayPal as a loophole to continue charging even when they say they don’t.

    Thanks, that’s what we also thought. this is mainly, as you said, cheating..

    I have tried contacting them for six months. Actively looking for a new plugin to use instead and remove my billing information. Dispute the charge with the bank directly if you can.
