It’s the CSS of your website which is causing that space. Add following CSS in the “Custom CSS” option in the “Miscellaneous” section to reduce that space.
div#content{padding-top:0}

You can change the alignment using the “Horizontal alignment” option in the Advanced Configuration section at social login options page
