Vertical Floating Share Interface Not Working On Mobile

    Hello,

    I have the vertical floating interface active in the plug-in settings. However, it only shows up on the desktop, and not on mobile.

    Not sure why this is happening. It worked fine a few weeks ago.
    Can someone please look into this? I appreciate the help.

    Hi Pearl,

    You would like to check the Horizontal floating bar responsiveness option in Floating Interface section at Super Socializer > Social Sharing options page in admin area.

    right, I have that option checked and it is still not working.
    I tried to paste the shortcode, but for some reason, it is not still not showing up on mobile.

    If you visit the webpage https://charmofgifts.com/hanukkah-gifts-for-kids-and-adults in a mobile screen having screen-width less than 600px, you won’t see the floating icons because this is the width you have saved in the “Horizontal floating bar responsiveness” option. So, it’s working as expected.

    ok, that explains it. I set it to 100 now and the icons are showing up again.

    Is there a shortcode as well that I can use in between my posts?
