I’m really just looking for a plugin, or tips to build a vertical instead of horizontal nav bar in WP – preferably multi-level. See here for an example (albeit flash-based): https://www.jeremycowart.com/ (click on one of the galleries to see it)

This plugin does do a tree, but it sounds like it’s not very stable, and would take a lot of CSS customization to not look like a PC-style folder tree.
