Vertical Menu not working

My vertical menu is not working correctly not sure what is wrong. Here is page https://69.10.135.154/~healthy/ its on the left side next to news. (not main horizontal menu) for some reason it appears that its making it horizontal instead of vertical.
any suggestions appreciated.
