Very bad

I bought a big licence of the PRO VERSION for multiple stores.
This plugin is useless as the autorename does not work.
All my product pictures got the same name now. So i have to do everything manually so the licence is useless.
I sent 2 mails, so far no reply… i don’t recommend!
If the support reply back and help me fix it, i will modify my review but sio far i don’t recommend to buy it.
