Very bad company

Hello,

I have for more than 4 years trying to get this company to approve my payment. One day is a new rule that will prevent a merchant from been approved. And the worst of it all they will ask you to pay 4 dollars before you can continue to seek approval. After some years since approval is not coming, I seek for a refund of my 4 dollars but they could not refund it. Please every merchant should keep away from this company. Thank you.
