very bad plugin and no support

We bought this plugin and we are very desappointed
it doesnt work and the support don t want to help they even don t want to have a look they just answer you with passive attitude
we bought a lot of plugin during those past years for our wordpress site but i have to say that this author is very bad
we even doesnt get our money back !!!
