Very bad quality thumbnails

    Hi,

    I’m trying to fugure out why my thumbnails are of a such bad quality.
    I have tried to upload different quality files, but it always rendering a very very compressed jpeg quality? Is there any way to to correct this? The full size is image seems to be ok, but all the differnt thumbnails sizes are bad as you can check in on my testing site :

    Any help will be appreciated.
