• I don’t usually write a bad review, nor do I go out of my way to write a review.

    But I was shocked at the treatment/support I got from this company. I have changed my mind on the theme after I purchased it, as I have found that a lot of my purchased plug-ins did not work with the theme.

    I requested a refund which was within the first 7-days (as their policy states) and they have refused my reasoning (I gave them 3 VALID reasons; plug-ins don’t work, options I need aren’t available, their demo/layouts don’t work).

    Their support is rude and unreasonable, they will NOT give you a refund if you change your mind. They even had the audacity to try and sell me their service, “Our customization rate is $ 15 per hour.” What an absolute joke.

    Theme is okay but as I said not many plug-ins work with it. There are a lot of better themes out there (with the same price) that offer what this theme does and more. Don’t even bother wasting your time.

    Ella, first thing you need to understand www.ads-software.com is not a suitable place where we can talk about refund & service. We know you will find this rude but this is truth.

    Ella, we never tried to be rude with you ever. We were polite & offering help that might help you to solved your issue but you though that was a absolute joke.

    We do not want to write here but, Ella you were asking for refund with unacceptable reasons. If you still want to discuss please post this topic in our forum we will happily give your valid reasons & other users will also be able read & reply your topic.

    We know you will take this as rude request but please do kindly try to think with open positive mind. We do not have personal reason to decline your refund claim but that was based in policy.

    We hope you understand.

    Please do not get confused this username @royalethemes & @themebeez are same. Future updates & topics will be created using username @themebeez.

    I no longer am using your theme as I said prior and in the email within the “7 day policy” and haven’t done so since I’ve asked for a refund. I am using another theme now which I also purchased and am happy with.

    Your theme is not suitable for me. Therefore, I am no longer wasting my time debating with your staff, your staff made the same decision when they didn’t reply to my email. I have given my reasons, you have declined it. Reasons were very reasonable.

    Dear Ella,

    Let me be very honest with you & others who might be reading this review. I went back to your 2 month old Email that you had send to us for refund claim. I went through the all email conversation between our customer support team & you.

    I saw that decision that was made by our team was very transparent. I agree with you we published our refund policy a bit later then we started selling our pro version theme. We created a refund policy to make everything transparent between users & us.

    First reason you mentioned was ” Elementor plugin ( page builder ) ” was not working. Yes I completely agree with you. Everybody need you to understand that there are numbers of page builders plugins out there in market like elementor, site origin, Wp bakery, visual composer etc & Authors do extend their theme to support any of one in most case. I mean they will make their theme compatible with any of one page builder if they think necessity of doing that. If they make their theme page builder ready then they will too definitely write some where in theme page or theme documentation page about the compatibility of page builder. If you think me wrong you can check whole www.ads-software.com themes directory for example. In our case royale news was not page builder ready & we had/have never advertised that any where.

    Second reason you mentioned was, ” page titles on the pages “. Ella, these stuffs are part of design & is clearly visible in our demo. How can we assume that how many users might not like that stuff. As far till today around 1K purchased has been made but nobody except you told that thing to us. I saw that our team offered you to get that done with customization but you didn’t agreed.

    Last, reason you mentioned that our demo data was not working for you. I wounder how & why demo data didn’t worked for you & worked for other users.

    Ella, I can see that our team tried to offer you a help in almost all emails responses but you didn’t allow them, In-fact you even didn’t introduced you web url.

    Hope our team had given a brief clarification to decline your refund request & today I made myself very clear to you & everybody who might be reading this comment.

    As we all know www.ads-software.com is not the best place where we can discuss disputes & refunds. I apologize with entire WordPress community.
