Very bad support

I open a ticket several weeks ago and i have pro subscribtion with development license. no one are ansswer to me. no one are solve the issue and a ticket is still OPEN status.
i will not contimue the subscribtion on next year it seems that a author are just takes money from his costumers and not support them.
