    You do not have to upgrade (or you can roll back) As they suggest. They are a good team that will get things fixed.

    up to v7 the pluing has worked very well and so has the technical service. but with version 7 it has been a disaster. Do you think of those who have the plugin working and now it doesn’t work? they will be receiving complaints from their users.

    Just roll back…..They have left instructions on how to do this. Then you will have a great plugin till they have fixed the issues with 7.x So no complaint from me….

    I couldn’t thank you enough to @jemetos and @groenhart for pitching in for support! Very motivating and truly made our day, lots of love from the team!

    @pacovigo Thank you for your valuable feedback.

    We are sorry for the trouble that we may have caused. But you have mentioned it worked well for several months and just because we are going through some rough phase since the last 4-5 days, you justified the plugin as a bad one! I am sorry it is very disheartening as the relationship we built with you throughout the last few months got paid with 1 star.

    We are well aware of the issues and this was to happen since the plugin includes substantial changes and is more powerful than ever before. We also warned several times before upgrading and requested to have a backup. A rollback is also an option that we have mentioned as well.

    You are well within your rights to post reviews but I would request not to come to the conclusion that early without giving enough time to the team. We are working on weekends and currently, it is 11:16 PM at night yet we are working for the next update. Such reviews slow us down and affect our diligence.

    Nonetheless, there will be two updates this week that will resolve the majority of the issues and if you are satisfied then I would request you to reconsider your review.
