Looks like you are new to WordPress!
The export of tickets didn’t work.. now there is no way to modify an agents email, there is no way to add a new agent.
For Export tickets, please make sure you have latest pro version 7.0.7 and allow popup on export page in your browser.
Regarding adding an agent, create new user with Support Agent user role. You can always edit user in wordpress! We have covered this under documentation as well on our site!
Tries to be fancy using JS, but it doesn’t work right…and has compaitiblity issues.
