• At first look, the plugin seems to work as expected. However, as time goes by you’ll run into several bugs. While these bugs were mostly fixed over time I spent days opening tickets and having them send me custom code. After the 5th time, I had to submit a bug ticket I decided to ask for a refund. Also, the plugin isn’t compatible with major themes such as Generate Press, WPOcean. You’ll most likely have to use a theme that is slow. ‘

They will push you to purchase the package deal for >$300 but beware this isn’t refundable which is ridiculous.

Highly recommend WCFM as an alternative. Half the price, more features and fewer bugs and also compatible with major plugins

WCMP the problem isn’t your willingness to resolve bugs. The problem is that each time I run into a bug, it takes days to resolve. As an entrepreneur, I don’t have time to spend to do this. I spent $360 to buy a product that works. Not one that I consistently run into bugs with. I appreciate your willingness and help but unfortunately, the product itself is where the problems are. I’ve revised my review to two stars due to getting my money back for the $100 additional plugin.

Wait it’s non-refundable?? It doesn’t clearly state that on the bundle product page NOR the terms and conditions you tick and accept on the order form!

No one is going to read the refund policy in the footer when they initially are not thinking about refunding a product they are about to buy.

It looks like I’m going to struggle getting my money back for similar reason you mentioned above, may have to take it up with Paypal. They should actually say it on the product page where they have a discount, but instead temp you into buying a ‘good deal’ offer without explaining all the conditions of the sale upfront.

Hi @danielmo432, thanks for sharing your concern.

We do provide a refund for our each individual addon, by offering 30 days refund policy.
However, we don’t offer any refund request on bundled products, the reason being it has a huge discount associated with it.

That is why we do request our every user to go through the policies before buying, it is also included in our checkout page.

However, we provide support over live chat, Forum, mail to ensure each and every query of our users has been resolved.

The no refund on bundled items is neither on the product page itself for the bundled items nor on the checkout and entire sales process. It isn’t on the tick box for the terms and conditions either that actually links to license terms instead of full terms and conditions. I will be taking this up with Paypal.

Aaah I see you have just placed the refund policy on the checkout page since I have made my post, so you are liars now are you?

@maguild, yes we linked the refund policy in the checkout page, as per your suggestion.

However, the refund policy page along with other privacy pages was there in the site’s footer form many years.
