Comes with some bugs – support can be extremely fast.

Yes, if it works, it is great – I really like, for instance, the autocomplete function. But it comes with some bugs. Within three weeks we had to contact the support three times because of serious issues: The autocomplete function did not work for nearly a day and then we had a very serious issue with “smart navigation”. With this feature, InstantSearch replaces your usual (WooCommerce) product category pages with their “smart navigation” product category pages as to provide a consistent look and some additional features (for instance, “add to cart” or a quick preview function). Unfortunately, when the issue occured, these smart navigation category pages were completely empty – i.e., no products were shown at all. This should not happen when you pay nearly 130 USD per month! In addition, the search result page was not displayed correctly.

Support response times were ok (usually 12-14 hours) but that does not mean that the issues are solved within this timeframe!

Update: This time, the support was extremely fast and solved one major issue (the search result page) extremely quickly. Upgrading to three stars.
