    Hello,
    I just downloaded your plugin and I have to say I have rarely seen such a confusing one.
    So here are my questions :
    1) Is there a guide on how to use the list of services in “Rates & Services” ? I understand each of them is a service, but why are there some of them that written two or three times ? I must not be the only one being lost looking at this plugin, and was very surprised not to find anything to help me.
    2) On my checkout page, I have the following methods available : Medical Express, Express 9, Express 12 and Express Worldwide. First all, why those 4 ?
    3) If I add any amount in the price adjustment of Medical Express, then it disappears on the checkout page aswell as Express Worldwide, and I get Jumbo Express appearing instead. Really no clue what’s happening here.
    4) What if my company has discounts, that are not a fixed price or percentage ? Do I have absolutely no way to control the prices ?

  • Hi Pierre,

    The different services that’s available is depending on dutiable and non dutiable type of shipment, best check with DHL account manager they’ll have better knowledge on the DHL different services.
    The price adjustment is only to add or deduct rates from shipping so that shouldn’t effect the shipping options showing, the shipping options will show based on the destination and the package you’re shipping.
    If you have discounted rates, you’ll need to use the live API credentials and under the rates and services tab enable the “show account rates option.

    Thank you for your reply.
    I contacted DHL regarding this matter and was informed my shipping method will be Express Worldwide. Out of the 3 present in the methods, should I choose one or let all of them checked ?

    => Well I reckon this is what it is supposed to do, now as a matter of fact on my website it does affect the shipping options showing. When trying with all 3 Express Worldwide options checked it was working fine, but as soon as I try putting any number in the price adjustement column (currency or percentage doesnt matter), the method disappears from my checkout page. This is really frustrating.

    Please raise a support ticket in https://xadapter.com/online-support so that I can check the issue, please do share the required details to check the site.

    Depending on where you ship the products you can enable the services, for non Europe countries you can enable the service with product code P and for EU countries you can enable the service code U.
