• I contacted them regarding a gallery display problem. Their first reaction was that nothing was wrong – and I suggested they look again. This time they duplicated the problem and requested credentials.

    Within an hour they had checked the problem and come up with a workaround. They did not have an immediate fix, but a workaround was sufficient for me for the time being.

    They were helpful and prompt.
