Hi there,
We’re sorry to learn that you haven’t found it good enough for your needs.
However, our documentation does explain everything needed to start selling tickets on your website. Furthermore, our shortcode builder is pretty intuitive and options within it are very self explanatory. Yet, we have explained each and every of the shortcodes available in our documentation (with the exception of custom add-ons that are unofficial and fall under workarounds more than official official features). Therefore, there is no need for any advanced knowledge nor experience in order to use our shortcode builder nor the videos would be of any help given that shortcodes are pretty standard feature of many WordPress plugins.
Now, the way the event pages and event archive page is displayed depends solely on how your theme handles single and archive pages. However, Tickera allows you to override this using standard WordPress’ template handling for custom post types and if you got to this point, it is more or less obvious that you have basic understanding of WordPress’ templates and their use. Even if you are not that certain about it or don’t know how to display certain information using custom templates, our support agents can provide you with the solution and explain how to pull some Tickera specific information and display it in your custom template (which, if I’m not mistaken, they did in one of your support tickets).
So, leaving one star rating for the plugin due to lack of understanding (which we still can help you with) and patience is a bit harsh, don’t you think?
In any case, we’re still and have always been willing to help our customers in any way possible.
