Very disappointed!

  • Not only is there insufficient customisation options built in to the plugin making it almost impossible to use unless it looks and performs exactly as you want out of the box, the support is also non existent.

    A support ticket opened 4 weeks ago is still unassigned and unanswered, this is unacceptable compared to alternatives on the market (that I have subsequently switched to) which provide strong support to back up their offerings.

    I would strongly advise to read my review and others on this site before purchasing the product, especially given that the most negative reviews tend to be suppressed by the moderators for some reason, bemusing given that this page is the first and only page allowing reviews that comes up on google, they have even turned off the review functionality on their Facebook page. Read into that what you will…

    I have also had no support. This is extremely frustrating and very unprofessional, i would advise nobody to purchase this plugin. I paid for the full version and submitted an urgent ticket, no response at all.
