Very Disappointed in this plugin

I do not mind a free plugin that is limited but it should be basically functional — and the pro version have features that are really worth the money. For instance, in this past year I started out with a free theme that was fully functional if limited and could have stayed with that free theme, but the extras that came with the pro version were worth the price. I have also paid for pro versions of plugins that have allowed me to alter the website in ways I could not have done by myself. Those pro plugins were worth it. In all cases, both template and plugins, it was the good value of the free plugin that made me opt for the pro.

In the case of the Ultimate Responsive Image Slider, I feel the free-version is a travesty. To cover that you do not respond as you did to another, I went to support to see if there was anything that covered my complaint and here it is: support

A simple slider with description located at the bottom of the screen would have been a good free plugin.

You consider having the title and description running across the middle of an image an acceptable level of service as a free plugin? It seems to me that your free plugin is saying, “All I’m willing to give you is this unsatisfactory version. If you want you users to see the pictures and know what they’re about, you have to buy my pro version.”
