Very Disappointed Now

  • I enjoyed this plugin in the beginning so I BOUGHT or contributed funds for such good service. For awhile it was fine…great even! For the past few days I have been unable to get fonts uploaded. I have written to them several times being told I will hear back within 24 hrs…NOPE. Posted in their forum…NOPE. What’s happening here? Really would like some answers.

    We would like to apologize for server down time for around 3 days. With your love and support we are growing bigger and our server was unable to handle all the request. It would have been down for just few hours but due to our server upgrade ambition we made a blunder and we had to setup all the things from beginning.
