Very Disappointing!

I installed and paid for Checkout Boost app and went through setup and straight away the app would not apply the coupons to cart even after testing it numerous times, so I uninstalled within the hour and requested a refund as the app didn’t work. It has been more than a week now and I have requested a refund via ticket and via email to support, They responded once, asking for more info which I gave them and that’s the end of communications from there side. They clearly don’t care and after doing some investigation I see they have no refund policy in place either. I didn’t want to write this review but I have no choice. They took payment for something that doesn’t work and I clearly will not be getting a refund, shame on you Beeketing, I will be sure to do more reviews on social media also!
