Very dissapointing

I purchased the theme with anticipation, only to find that there was no apparent download button. This minor hiccup snowballed into a protracted and frustrating ordeal as I attempted to resolve the issue with the customer service department. Unfortunately, their responses seemed disconnected from the actual problem, meaning that resolving the issue took too much time.

The theme itself presents a myriad of issues, ranging from persistent 404 errors, to unreadable fonts, to headers encroaching upon the domain of H1 tags. Despite my efforts, some of these problems remained unsolved.

Regrettably, the support for Avril Personal falls short of expectations. The license I purchased (Personal) rules out e-mailsupport and chatsupport, and inquiries made on the official support forums went unanswered.

Ultimately, after investing countless hours into troubleshooting the theme’s flaws, I reluctantly decided to remove it altogether. Its detrimental impact on my website’s SEO outweighed any potential benefits it might have offered.
