• I really like WP Forms. It’s very easy to use and has great features.

The only 2 features I would love to see are:

1.) Being able to update the form entries if let’s say for example there is a spelling mistake

2.) Being able to pre-fill a form using other form data.

    Hi @allielopezcuadra,

Thank you for taking the time to share your review ??

In case it helps to share, the paid version of WPForms allows site admin to edit entries in the WordPress admin area.

And if you’d like more help with using WPForms Lite, please feel free to post in our WPForms Lite support forum.

    Thanks!

    Hi Ethan,

I do have the paid version.

So what happens when I try to edit an entry is this…My form asks conditional questions. It asks if a person has 1 child, we will ask them who is their child’s father of confession (we are a church and the father of confession question is required if you say you have a child).

When I try and edit an entry…let’s say I want to change “pine st” to “Pine Street”…When I go to save the edit I get an error message saying the required info is not filled in.

It seems the form wants to fill in all of the required information even if for example the person says they have no children. It still sees the father of confession question as unfilled.

It never allows me to save the edited entry. Is there a way around this?

    Thank you!

    Hi @allielopezcuadra,

    Thanks for clarifying!

When you get the chance, could you check if the WPForms plugin on your site is updated to its latest version?

Currently we’re on 1.6.1 and in this update we’ve added the option to allow required fields in entry editing to be saved even when they are blank.

    Hope this helps!

I sounds like you might have a paid license with us ??

If you have further questions about paid features of WPForms, please contact us by submitting a support ticket. This is because www.ads-software.com rules do not allow us to provide extensive support for paid features of WPForms on the support forum for WPForms Lite.

    Thanks!
