• If you have a technical background, you’ll appreciate the extensibility of the code recipes and plugins. If you don’t have a technical background, you’ll still be ok if you watch the videos, put in some help tickets, and take it slow if you want to implement some of the more advanced capabilities PMPro has to offer.

    We switched to PaidMembershipsPro from Restrict Content Pro because our societies need to be able to accept donations at the time of registration and because we wanted an integrated, automatic directory and RCP didn’t have those features.

    It took me a weekend of figuring out all the different plugins and getting them installed and configured, but after watching a few videos and plowing through the in-depth documentation, I was impressed by the extensibility and clean code. I put in a couple help tickets which were answered in a timely, professional manner. Then I signed up for a Zoom call with Travis, their customer success guru and was super impressed at his willingness to listen to what else our clients need and make sure we’re able to do what we need it to do.
