Very Friendly and Responsive

For us, a company’s support is nearly as important as their product.
Upon starting out with WPstream (free trial) I had no idea about bandwidth usage. Well it wasn’t long before I ran through the free bandwidth just trying to get OBS to work for us. I should have used a different free platform to set up my OBS then tried the same settings on WPstream (a little tip for the reader). The point is…when I realized what I had done I sent an email from WPstream’s very easy to find email contact. Within hours, not days, I had my reply from WPstream. WOW! They are very nice people. Beatrice authorized additional bandwidth without delay or further questions. Seems to me these are good people with a very good product and they are trying hard. We will definitely be buying a subscription when our trial time is up. THANK YOU WPSTREAM ! YOU’RE ALL DOING A GREAT JOB !
